Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and mindfulness-based groups teach the practice of present-moment awareness to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. Originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, MBSR is one of the most research-supported group interventions.
