DUI Evaluation
A DUI evaluation (also called a substance abuse evaluation or alcohol assessment) is a formal assessment required by courts or state licensing agencies following a DUI or DWI charge. It determines the presence and severity of alcohol or drug problems and recommends appropriate treatment.
